Nice, clean arena. Not too interesting on the inside, but enjoyed the views of downtown KC.

Went for my first concert! I will definitely be back.
We are new to the area, and it was my first concert at T-mobile center. We parked in the county parking lot, and it was directly across the street from the entrance.
The entry process was fast and easy. The layout of vendors made the process pretty quick. The sections were clearly labeled and easy to access. The acoustics were AWESOME! My only complaint was that there weren't big screens that are showing the stage. Even if it was the screen behind the stage. It would definitely make it easier for short folks. But all in all, the Alanis Morissette show was Great!
Went to see comedy show. Mike Epps, DC Youngfly, LeVelle Crawford, & Country Wayne and it was good. We enjoyed ourselves.
So disappointed to end up in an event center that I thought had a mask ordinance. Packed in. Paid high dollar for our tickets. It was a once in a lifetime event and I had to leave because I have an autoimmune disease. What a waste of $1000 and the hopes of a beautiful evening. Really sad that this was not even attempted to be enforced. I honestly should get a refund. DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR MASK POLICY!

We just saw Bocelli and what a performance! But even better is the great care and customer service we received at the T-Mobile Center. There was a snafu with the E-Tickets. We were directed to the "Resolution Lady" and within minutes she had us on to our seats and back on pace for a wonderful night saving us from disaster! Thank you everyone at the T-Mobile Center for the love and care!!
The basketball 3 on 3 we saw was an excellent experience for my youngest. The view from around the arena was good at any seat. I really enjoyed the short distance to refreshments.
Great venue for a concert. We saw Jason Aldean and did the VIP package. Excellent staff, check in was flawless, even going through security was fairly quick. Nice setup for backstage pre-show acoustic set.
Sound was great during the show. But as with all venues, not enough restrooms, not enough concessions.
