First thing I noticed here was how friendly the staff were, making check in a smooth process. The crown jewel of the hotel is the breathtaking view of the falls. This is really the best view since it is the closest to the falls with no obstructions (like other hotels). Seeing the lights on the falls at night from the room is amazing. Beware of the Seneca resort on the American side of the falls. Their LED board blares light all night with their logo and advertisements but it was easy to reposition the curtain to block it and not the falls. It was a wonderful stay.
