When we moved into our home, we noticed that the toilet lid in the master bathroom had been shattered. We wanted to replace it, and looked on the Gerber website for guidance. This is where we found Cowan Supply. They contacted the Gerber representative and asked for the measurements and photos of our toilet. I went to pick up the lid when it arrived, but when I got it home, it wouldn't fit. This was the lid that the Gerber representative had recommended as a fit. Cowan contacted the Gerber representative and there was a slow response to our request. Because of the inconvenience and long wait time, Cowan Supply negotiated with Gerber on our behalf to get us a new and free toilet replacement delivered to our home, and refunded us for the lid! We were so pleased with their customer-focused response. This company cares about its reputation, and I could not recommend them more highly. If things go wrong, they make amends.
