I ll start by saying if Kelly was the one I worked with the whole time they would have gotten a total 5 stars because she was GREAT every time we talked. The claims department... not so much! I m not impressed AT ALL.. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.. HUNG UP IN MY FACE.
