I've used Gather for a couple of years now with two different companies. I currently manage events for 9 different properties, and Gather makes it a breeze to stay organized and efficiently communicate with all teams and clients both on site and off. They are constantly adding new features and updates, and are extremely accommodating to suggestions and advice. Their customer service is top notch - I always get an immediate response when I have a question or concern, and always from a human being who can actually help me.

Instead of having a "rep", you have a "Client Success Manager", which is so accurate. They are not just there to sell you their software and help with problems. They actively work to help you succeed, and will come to your location from time to time to show you how to best utilize different features for your specific needs. They seem to genuinely care that you are getting the most out of it.

The software is very intuitive, and I thought I had learned everything I needed until the last time our Client Success Manager came to visit and showed me & my team some tips and tricks that we had been missing out on. I am a HUGE fan of Gather and will always recommend them!
