I just contacted Batzner because one of their trucks had been parked outside of my house, and appeared to have been there for a few days. My neighbor was also concerned about it, so I decided to call Batzner just to let them know my concern. I was super friendly about it, just stating my concerns, and the manager raised her voice and was extremely RUDE to me and before I had a second to explain it was only out of concern that I called...she hung up the phone on me!!!! I can t believe this! This is completely uncalled for! I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!
