This hotel is not a bad-looking Hotel. This hotel would have been a nice place to stay had it not been for the ignorant front desk person or the fact that you cannot connect your own equipment to their television. There are two front desk people that I dealt with. One was an older lady with short hair, sweet as pie. The other was a lady that had black hair, an accent, and a very nasty attitude. They have a pool but yet they don't want to give out extra towels if you ask for them. She inquisitioned me about how many people were in my room instead of handing me the towel that was right behind her that I asked for. She then argued with me that the amount of towels in the room should be enough . What she didn't know is it seemed like someone didn't completely have enough towels and maybe thought they were going to come back and bring more but just forgot. We most definitely did not have enough towels to shower let alone to swim. Then I let her know that I had a late check-out and I asked her to check the system to make sure that it was recorded. She then lazily tells me oh just flag down a housekeeping staff member and tell them. In other words don't bother me. The whole reason why I'm telling you is because we won't be in the room Einstein. We stayed a little later to enjoy the pool. The place does not have an HDMI cable for the television so if you bring your own PlayStation and think that you're going to let your children play and have a little fun that's out of the question. You'll always be watching their very limited television stations. Overall I normally love Suoer 8's. They are a great value for the price you pay. This one could be also if they get rid of the ignorant woman with the nasty attitude at the front desk.
