I have been in my LTS home coming up on a year this April. I am very pleased with my home. It is very well insulated which this winter has been testing. While I ran into a few issues in the beginning, Rick and Rita were quick to respond and resolve. Rick was phenomenal throughout the process, responded to myriad questions and put me at ease when I was most frustrated. Joe was awesome as well and gave really good suggestions about things to consider for upgrades. I would definitely recommend them.
