Trustworthiness, listening, experience, and the focused pursuit of client's interests are what set Chlv Group apart. My late mother's banker referred Chay's services and expertise when she had some rather complicated loan questions and real estate issues. I was impressed by Chay's patience and manner in which he assisted my elderly mother and I remembered him when I decided to sell my first home 2 years later after that first meeting. After he handled the selling of my first house, I continued with his agency with the negotiation and purchase of my next house back in 2005. Recently, I decided to sell my house. There was no doubt in my mind to go with Chlv Group again. Even though I am currently living in the east coast, Chay handled the challenges with much ease.
