My parents have been going to James since I was in primary school, so had recommended JJ Taxation Services to me a few years ago. Last year my return was done by Dan who was wonderful, and this year I booked in with Tony for myself and my partner. Obviously because of COVID it had to be processed over the phone, but Tony was incredibly helpful, thorough and even helped us calculate how much our HECS debt was impacting our returns and made extremely helpful suggestions for managing our salary sacrifices.
