So I set up a consult some time around last June, ...

So I set up a consult some time around last June, and that went fine.

I called to set up my appointment and there were no notes in my file. Ok, people make mistakes, that s fine. I was told I would receive a call back in a few days. Nobody calls.

Two weeks later, on a Friday, I call again. No notes, again. The woman on the phone promises I will get a call back from her or another staff member the following Monday.

Another two weeks go by with no contact. I call and speak to an office manager who is finally able to schedule me. Yay!!

About another week goes by and I get a call that there was an error in scheduling and I ll need to reschedule.

It s this point it s almost funny.
