The absolute worst car buying experience I have had in over three decades of buying cars.

First off our salesman was very sexist and had to be asked to make eye contact and communicate with my wife. She was very upset as she was disrespected by the salesman. After that he would only look at the desk.

He got his manager involved who was unapologetically rude and unprofessional. i can't say enough about how rude the manager was on Sunday afternoon. My wife was very, very embarrassed.

This is the third vehicle we have bought from this dealership and will never buy another. We received a very bad deal the first two times we went. We thought they would see that, maybe give us a customer discount, nope, nothing!!!!!!!

First off, they trick you by giving you a $500 military discount courtesy of Dodge, not the dealer. The dealer however has a wonderful way to recouped that $500 my tagging on a bunch of additional charges, to include nitrogen in the tires. Do your own research about nitrogen and tires. Plus, how do I know they put nitrogen in the tires, because they replaced the tire valvle stem cap with a green one (100$ for an unprovable 5-10$ job at best, if it is even necessary. With my time turning wrenches, for an everyday driver it is a waisted of money. Again, do your own research. There are 5 charges of line items just below the adjusted amount on the work sheet that they want you to sign. I was given no explanation to what the charges entailed, I asked that they be removed. They were and they never said a word.

This is the dealership, not Dodge, trying to recouping about 500$ and it is very close to the amount Dodge gives military/first responders you as discount. Things that make you go hmmmm...

They refused to negotiate the price anymore after my wife asked them to include her in the conversation.

I will never go back back to this dealership, not even for free service. I do not trust this dealership.

I do my best to discourage all my Sailors, civilians, and friends from going to this dealership.
