We spent two days in Lake Louise, and we used about every service at that the hotel had to offer. They were very friendly and willing to assist us with our absurd requests. We wanted to go to one restaurant but it was closed on sundays and there was some disagreement between hotel staff about what services were available. Otherwise a phenomenal experience.
