I give it a low rating because the animals did not appear to be receiving the best care. Some were tattered and dirty and overrun with insects and some also morbidly overweight. Some species wanted to put their heads inside the vehicle subsequently introducing the dust, dander and flies into the vehicle which caused my children to start sneezing. If the animals were clean it would not have been as bad. They charge a good deal for entry but I can't see where that money is going to thier upkeep. My final complaint is that my vehicle was damaged by a huge bolder which was on the roadside. Attempting to negotiate the uneven dirt roads and avoid striking any animals you sometimes need to maneuver and while focusing on the animals I did not see the boulder.
