I bought a Sony TV a year ago. (Three-year warranty)
this went to a year piece and nobody at Sony can or wants to solve this problem, has been a mechanic, who did not know where the on and off button on the TV was, this happened six weeks ago, I still have no TV , sony does not come up with a solution, is not called back by sony even the suporvisor does not call back, KCC work people who are very difficult to understand and have no solution.
Very sad that Sony leaves people out in the cold this way,
Never buy a TV from Sony again, because you can see how Sony handles this, and I will certainly not be the only one. TV cost 2300.00
