Employees are friendly - I rarely walk through the door without being greeted & am offered help anytime an associate is available and I have a questioning look on my face.

Organization sometimes feels a bit off, I had to visit 3 aisles to get all the parts necessary for my recent lawn irrigation project. Why aren't the poly pipe and barb fittings right next to each other?

Returns are quick and easy. I returned a valve box/cover that I ended up not needing for my sprinkler system and was not questioned or made to feel guilty about the return (as I have felt at some other establishments).
