My wife and I were out looking for a SUV last Sunday and after stopping in at many different dealers we went to Toyota in Lake City and realized we should have just gone there to begin with. It was the best experience at purchasing a vehicle we have ever had. The sales rep Jackson was the best. He did everything to find us an SUV we love and was really helpful not just with the sale but other questions and things we wanted. The staff there is very friendly and Jackson made us feel right at home. They have a big tv that kept our kids happy during the entire visit. He was not pushy as we experienced at other locations and he really worked hard for us to make sure we ended up with the vehicle we wanted. Once we got it he took a picture of us with it. Now thats something we have never experienced. It felt really good. I would absolutely recommend Jackson to anyone that is looking for a vehicle. When we are ready to upgrade our other car we will not waste time around town and go straight to Toyota as I know Jackson will take great care of us. Now my wife is happily enjoying the SUV and chances are I may not get much driving time in it lol.
