We use to come here about 3-4 times a year it was a great little mini get-away.. we came in this weekend and are sad to say the hotel and customer service of this hotel went downhill. When we got here there was several parties going on which was fine but the guest of the parties were using the pool area and pool was over packed.. These were not hotel guest.. They use to monitor who use to come in pool.. Also when we went to our room our key card did not work.. we had to go back down and fix the girls, and say girls not women were gossiping and had little interest in helping us out.. until manager came by then they hurried up in helping us.. finally when we were able to get in our room the bathroom was not properly cleaned and only gave us 1 big towel and a whole bunch of face towels.. I went again downstairs to and spoke with manager.. all he said was he was sorry.. and would speak with housekeeping.. They were not able to offer us any room he said at the moment because they didnt have any more of the rooms we wanted.. (double queen). The spa is gone as well. They use to be a part of Hilton chains but no longer..I'm assuming this is probably why they went downhill.. ALL IN ALL... DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
