Although we moved out of the Albany area over 10 years ago, we have maintained our business with Cap Com because the service is always impeccable. They make everything easy and stress free. Yesterday when I called and needed a payoff faxed to my attorney before the end of the day, Chris kindly assisted me. He needed to put me on hold while another department processed my request, yet checked back in with me so I knew I wasn t forgotten. It is the kindness and thoughtfulness that Cap Com has always displayed that sets them apart from other credit unions and banks. Their custom service cannot be beat!
