Very very disappointed. I thought the Japanese foods in Seattle is one of the best. And Shiro s sushi is also renowned for its reputation. However, after all, I can only say I had a better one. The sushi is not bad, and it s authentic, I just can t feel the surprise. The most disappointing thing is the Uni. To be honest, the worst Uni I ever had. I had many good unis before so I know what upper-quality uni is. I was told the uni is from the US and end of the season. I got 2 Japanese Uni as compensation (taste much better). However, in my standard. The unfresh and low-quality seafood is unacceptable in a famous sushi place like here.
