We stayed for three nights. We loved the idea of the resort and all the activities however the rooms themselves definitely needed updating and a thorough cleaning. We had ants in our bathroom and pool room that were crawling on us as soon as we sat on the edge of the pool, which we had to call twice about before we actually had someone come out. Our pool light was out which was never addressed during our stay even though we had called in twice for that as well. The ice skating rink was a disgrace because of all the lumps all over the ice from drops falling and freezing on the rink. When we asked the attendant about it he said he should have brought the zamboni out but just didn't have time, even though we were the only ones there and he sat on his phone the entire time. The towels and linens were clean and the maids were very much attentive to them needs. It's a shame for certain people that take the time to make our stay enjoyable but money and time isn't put back into the resort to make the stay as enjoyable as possible. We took lots of pictures from the ants, tears, and dirty air filters to show family and friends why we wouldn't recommend this resort.
