Some of the kitchen staff were NOT wearing masks; they had their mask around their neck instead of on their faces - this is especially unsanitary during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Also, NO contact tracing was done. Both of the items listed above are in breach of Toronto's temporary Bylaws and amendments to the Municipal Code. Please also let customers know ahead of time if you are going to charge $7.99 for a singular bottle water, with no refills.
