I don't know what the name is of the person I spok...

I don't know what the name is of the person I spoke with. I called to just get the dates of work in 2017 and her attitude was helpful UNTIL she asked why I'm calling now, I told her the reason and all of the sudden I was talking to the wicked witch of the East!! I'm not going after them for unemployment. It would've been nice to have the chance to explain that to her. She's just as bad as the 3rd shift boss that got fired from msi in Morrisville Vt! Doesn't even ask, just assumed I'm the bad guy!
