I dont care how aristocratic you are if you work at this place, being rude and superior to visitors is foolish and narrow minded.My little daughter ran through the passholders gates and i ran to stop her.The gates closed behind us and we got stuck there.I called the staff to open the doors and the guy could not have been more patronising and rude in lecturing me about entering the area.The fool was wearing a colonialist style hat too.Get real.
