I just called the embassy because of a problem I have with your website, so I can modify the ESTA. The Mr. I have spoken to has told me that HE CANNOT waste his time talking to me. THAT IF I HAVE PROBLEMS THROUGH THE WEB. THAT CLEAR DOESN'T WORK.
