I hate always trying to write bad reviews but I'll explain everything before a person judges this review. Numero uno: the bath room I have has shutters so really no privacy; Public bathrooms get disgusting; 75 dollars a night for a service charge (take my spending money before Christmas thanks alot ); restaurant only for the rich people. Don't go through booking they will stick you in the lowest parts of their room aka like their dungeon that seems like a good price. Never get my business again and I'll also warn people about this. Hyatt only for the rich. These reviews don't help I guess it just to warn people.
