Our A/C unit had been on the fritz for over a year. We had another technician come out last year for a service and to give us a price to replace the entire system. Well, it finally died last week. I called Curtis Total Service and they had Matt, their HVAC technician come out the next day. He was very knowledgeable and forthright. We needed a new system and he gave us an estimate on the spot. The estimate was considerably lower than the earlier one we were given, and it included a top of the line system. Since it was the middle of the summer with 90 degree temps, he said he can have his emergency crew out the next business day. I was amazed when 4 service trucks arrived, on time, as promised. Throughout the day, about 8 employees worked non-stop to remove and replace our A/C. And even though it was well over 100 degrees in our attic, there was never one complaint from any of the workers. They were all very kind and answered all of our questions in detail. I will definitely recommend them to my family, friends, and clients in the future!
