I gave the salon a try about two years ago with Michele, a curly hair senior hair dresser and don t get me wrong - Michele is amazing at it and she was the reason to keep visiting the salon. However, truly horrible experience was to schedule an appointment a week ago with Michele, and on the day of it, the front desk lady let s me know that the appointment was actually made with a different stylist Rachel??! So Michele is fully booked and my special plans for the day are ruined. Such experience won t have me revisit again and I rarely write reviews but it s truly disappointing that front desk don t keep track of who your stylist is and can make such mistake, on top of that saying that happened before that they misheard the name over the phone. Women with curly hair will understand that you don t trust ANYONE to do your hair, especially a haircut and a blow dry on your anniversary day.
