Everyone was very considerate, from the policeman outside and everyone inside the embassy. My interview scheduled for 12h was well before, I arrived at 10am and have advised me to wait outside that the groups enter blocks of time. External employees already check their passports before entering. Then follow the line to show your passport, scan, and record your fingerprints, then you go back to the waiting room and watch a video about the interview. The time for the interview comes, you get in line, do the interview, if it's ok, you can go to the right exit.
