I been with Traders for 4 years , I have always paid on time. Due to covid -19 my job has been very hectic and sometimes I work 14 hours a day. I forgot to pay on Friday and I called the number to pay over the phone but the automated service said it was canceled on the 14th of October, which is funny because my insurance paper in my car says I have until the 18th to pay. How am I supposed to pay when you guys are closed or no customer service is open???? Now I have to pay for a whole new policy which really makes me upset . No I'm not happy and I guess you guys are just screwing me around and I don't appreciate it. Maybe you guys should make it where people can pay to renew online but unfortunately you don't. Maybe I should go to a different insurance company
