Appalling customer service. Told me they'd get me someone out on the day to fix a leak issue. Later that day I was called and told the plumber was stuck on a job and it would actually now be first thing the next morning. By then it was too late to get someone in that day. Nobody arrived the following morning. Have since been told that whoever told me they could get me someone in first thing in the morning was actually mistaken. When I pressed them as to what they could guarantee they told me they can't guarantee anything. I'm still waiting for our plumber to supposedly arrive. I'm pretty sure it's not going to happen. Wasn't even offered an apology the last time I spoke to someone. Complete time-wasters offering a non-existent service. Avoid at all costs.
