We rented many times from this business the last car we rented had some trouble with it took it in another office switched out the car which was fine then we returned it they charged me 15 bucks 4 fuel I had just filled the tank on the car we were bringing back they said they were going to take it off of that car and put it on the one we were returning but the lady in the office barely spoke to my wife said everything is fine walked off didn't get a chance to explain didn't even notice we brought back a different car and I'm still waiting to hear from them get my money back $15 is $15 if I don't hear from him by Tuesday I'll be making a phone call that they won't be very happy to answer next time if I don't get any satisfaction here I'm going to Bullhead to rent a car if I have to it's a shame the nowadays people don't take 5 Seconds and give you a chance to explain anything not very happy about the place right now
