Took my 2016 Acura MDX in for an oil change today....

Took my 2016 Acura MDX in for an oil change today. Took 1.5 hours (with an appointment). I have MasterTech Scheduled Maintenance Contract (cost $400.00) & MasterTech Ultra Plus Service Contract (cost $2300.00). They told me that only the oil change & tire rotation was included on the service contracts. I was told my brake fluid was dirty & needed to be replace....but was not covered under the contract. Went home & read the maintenance contracts and all fluid replacements are included. They lied to me. This company is not trustworthy.
