Elisa and the front desk staff are the rudest people I have ever encountered. I asked a question concerning what charges were already made and what I was being charged for at check in and was treated as if I was an inconvenience. I assume there is enough occupancy that flow of customers Is the last priority but I think being treated with respect and patience shouldn t be an abnormal policy.
