My brother got a Camaro from these guys and our experience was REALLY BAD!!! A contract was signed which promised us that everything is going to be new. We ve only had the car for 2 MONTHS and we noticed that the tires keep losing air pressure. We went to SMP to get it fixed but were surprisingly told that the tires were no longer fixable and that they have to be replaced. This shouldn t happen because the car is brand new. They offered to replace the tires BUT the expense is on us which means we re going to have to pay $$$ for it. We also found out that the tires given to us were NOT NEW and HAD BEEN USED!!! Literally NOT what we were promised! Not to mention, patches were found in the tires!!! NEW TIRES DO NOT COME WITH PATCHES IN THEM!! What we experienced with SMP was completely disappointing. Now, we have to get a new set of tires for our car and pay for service, which is not supposed to happen if only they have given us new ones.
