As a customer, I found the customer service of the company to be quite satisfactory. However, the overall execution of the electrical services was somewhat lackluster. The technicians were professional and courteous, but the quality of the work performed did not meet my expectations. The pricing was on par with other competitors, but I would have preferred better value for the money spent. In terms of timeliness, the company delivered the service within the agreed upon timeline, which was a positive aspect. 🛠️ Despite the average experience, I would consider giving the company another chance in the future, hoping for an improvement in their service quality.
