This company will charge you for things that have been included with video footage. Don't rent from them, their houses never get fully maintained. We requested maintenance which they never get to. From day one we have had trouble with this company. They have terrible communication, you call them and get sent to voicemail, leave a message and never hear anything back from them. It took around 70 days to receive our security deposit which we were charged for things like carpet cleaning even though the carpets have burn holes in them from day 1, or pet stain removal even though we do not have pets. Overall we lost $700 on our security deposit for ridiculous charges. If u want to keep your money, don't rent from them
