Scam, ordered tickets and received ones in a different section. The tickets I received were not as good as the ones I ordered. Apparently the seller gets to decide what an upgrade is. Vivid seats provided zero assistance and basically told me to pound sand. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS.
