WONDERFUL experience (ask for Jeffrey) -- I went into Calgary BMW at the end of December 2017 to look at the new BMW X3. Of course I fell in love with the car but that is only step one. I was introduced to Jeffrey who walked me through the specs of the X3 and arranged a test-drive. Jeffrey's knowledge and relaxed attitude made it very comfortable in asking questions about the vehicle and understanding more about the leasing process. Jeffrey and the Sales Manager were helpful in allowing me to put a reduced deposit on the vehicle of my liking, and even more helpful when the following week I decided that I wanted to transfer my deposit to a different X3 that was being delivered to the dealership. Kassandra in Financial Services was GREAT (especially with my never-ending requests for adjustments lol). When my new BMW X3 M40i arrived in Calgary, Jeffrey set up a time for me to go through all the features of the car with their Tech-Specialist who knew the vehicle inside and out. The time spent understanding all the technology and safety features made me feel a lot more confident when driving off the lot with my new vehicle. I have yet to deal with the Calgary BMW Service Department (which is a good thing considering my car is barely three weeks old) but if their service is anything like the Sales and Financing Team, I am beyond confident that my car will be in good hands. 5/5 for Calgary BMW! Highly recommend to anyone interested in a BMW and be sure to ask for Jeffrey.
