Really badly managed and there are always a few rides broken every single time we go. They do not operate with customer first in mind. Their app is never ever correct. Shows are listed but then not showing. Wait times are never right, etc... Can make for some frustrating experiences. Just go with low expectations and you'll be fine. Unless it improves we will get passes to a different theme park in the future.
