When an issue came up with a recent purchase I had made at MGC, I was put in contact with a landscape manager "Danny". I have been working with landscaping since the 1970's and have never encountered an individual so eager and intent on helping me and settling the problem. Frankly I was in near disbelief throughout the whole process. After a phone conversation with Danny the first evening I received a follow up email the following day to see if any further assistance was needed. What! Unfortunately the norm is you make numerous calls to businesses and nothing gets done. My experience was the opposite with MGC. I am in total awe of the service I received and only regret that I can only give 5 stars.
