I will whinge because it's a 5 star hotel with high prices so I expect better:

- Beer was delivered to room with no bottle opener.
- Yoghurt served at breakfast with a FORK.
- No butter served with bread.
- Breakfast overall was crowded and poorly managed.
- Quality of food at breakfast was literally worse than I can do at home - dry scrambled eggs, dirty cutlery and small portions
- Couldn't figure out how to connect to the in-room media at all. TV remote control also slow and unresponsive most of the time. Poor selection of TV channels.

No room service menu left in room due to covid as it is deemed non essential. When asked, was delivered a paper copy. Why not just print a copy and place it in the room prior to the guest arriving?

Room service carries the expected high prices AND a $10 tray charge. Seems unacceptable given that the bar is closed so there are no other options available.
Staff are friendly as always but will stay at Four Seasons from now on.
