Subaru is known for its high quality vehicles, but unfortunately their customer service is far from mediocre. I have been an adved supporter of subaru for a long period time, however, when it comes to obtaining assistance from them in regards to any mechanical problem covered under warranty, or service bulletin, they expect you to fend for yourself! They are quick to take your money, but when it's time to help you, that's another story. Their Customer service representatives neglected to follow up with numerous voicemails left, and correspondence through email! Im very disappointed with subaru because I had alot of trust imbedded in the company! I have warned family and friends not to buy from them solely based on their customer service!
