I had purchased a Bloomspot deal and I m usually nervous about these because I rarely receive great service when I walk into a business with a Groupon, Livingsocial and its likes. It is weird because that s the one shot the business has to get new customers and keep them! Most businesses will cheap out because the client is using a deal. Well, not with Elke. When I saw Elke s deal on Bloomspot, it was my first time getting my brows professionally done by a pro. There were so many positive reviews about Elke that I didn't think it could go wrong. I also purchased a 75 minutes facial deal at the same time (they do not offer 75 mins facials anymore. Just 60 or 90 mins). I did not think I benefited too much from the brow styling because I lack a full grown eyebrow to work with. I even grew them out before I went to see her. Elke gave me a lot of good advice on what I can do to help grow out my brows and also what she thinks would look best for me. She used her own product line on me but didn t push me to purchase anything. She's really friendly!

Last week, I finally got to use my 75 minutes facial deal. I called to book an appointment but found out they were not taking any appointments until they get hire a new esthetician. As soon as they hired someone, they immediately contacted me and I booked an appointment right away. Her name is Pamela and she was so great. I don't know if I got exceptional service because she was new but she was friendly, attentive and was not too critical about my skin (some estheticians are flat out mean if they see bad skin). She was gentle and thoroughly applied each product on my face. I felt so comfortable that I dozed off for a bit. The facial also included an arm and hand massage. When I awoke, my skin was looking clean and refreshed. She used all of Elke s products during the facial and wrote down on a card everything she had used on me. I would return to Elke s for a facial but unfortunately, I am unable to afford it on a regular basis. I would totally recommend Pamela!
