Further to my review post of 22nd Feb.
It will take little time to engage a lawyer and begin the legal process against Star India Company. However, I will keep you all, whosoever interested, posted of the further developments.
I don't know much about the company; may be good, mediocre or poor but a firm which has no business ethics, is rude to the customers in the beginning itself at the point of initial delivery, cannot be expected in the long run to render a good sales service. It all happened because, I think so, the firm had already recovered almost 60% of the total cost of sofa and thereafter doesn't give two hoots. I have rated Star India as 2 , the reason being - even if a business house is efficient enough but does not possess business ethos cannot be rated good
