I was told that my oil change will take an hour if I book a waiting appointment.
It s been over and hour and when I asked for an update the person said well because of covid is hard to meet the times
I understand that staffing and situations has change due to covid. But you can clearly see that this place doesn t follow social distancing for their employees and for the customers . Waiting area is fully open and people are seating next to each other . Mechanics are working on stations next to each other . Some of them not fully covering their faces.
PLEASE DONT USE COVID FOR YOUR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
My feedback to DHC Honda is. If you can t meet the expectations you are giving us. Just ask for
A little more time. I m sure we will understand if you tell us that will be 2 hours instead of one. Be more clear on what to expect . Respect your customers time. Some of us have family members depending for us to help them
