I have recently completed a Nebosh Health & Safety Course through Phoenix at the Holiday inn venue.
Although the course was delivered by a Nigerian tutor named Fela Ajayi, which I couldn't understand a word of his english, the coursework booklet and handouts were ok.
The tutor was only reading the book during the the course. ( nothing else ).
The course slides did not flow with the coursework book meaning constant shuffling of pages, trying to catch up with the tutor poor reading.
Important legislation updates missing from the coursework booklet and the explanation simply did not exist.
Tutors slides was missing from the course book, which meant many student taking photographs of the screen to be used for homework.
I will not be using Phoenix again.
