Nice hotel. Clean rooms and convenient to Logan. However the airport shuttle runs like molasses. Each time we used it took 30 to 40 minutes. 5 to drive it and 35 of pointless waiting. I am sitting in lobby now looking out at 4 idle courtesy buses - wait so far for a driver... 30 minutes and counting.

Lowered to a two - valet and front desk both seemed really uninterested in wait time. Valet said every 10 minutes then laughed and said that he was told to say that.
