I found bedbugs in my bed. Luckily I pulled the sheets and covers back before getting in the bed. The hotel was not prompt in switching my room, and I had to proactively ask for them to comp the night. The supposedly clean wash clothes and towels had hair in them. It was terrible. Never going back!
