I recently purchased a piano from a company that shall remain nameless. The customer service was exceptional, and the piano arrived in perfect condition. The packaging was secure, ensuring no damage during transit. The tone and touch of the piano are excellent, making it a joy to play. If you're in the market for a new piano, I highly recommend considering Randall Simon Piano.
